Dell OptiPlex 3020 Mini-Tower

Hello guys,
I have a PC "Dell OptiPlex 3020 Mini-Tower".
One of the components (Q29) is burnt out  (It is difficult to know if it is a transistor or diode).
I tried to look for the reference that appears in the component but I can't find anything.
can someone help me with the wiring diagram of the motherboard or the wiring diagram of this component.
