Capacity of the hardware fo Switch Dell PC 6248

What is the capacity of my Dell PC 6248 as a core router?

Because I'm asking this, I have two environments and using this model as the core of these environments and I noticed that its memory is very high = 91%, but this occurs on both routers.

It is normal for this type of switch to use all of this memory.

I am asking this question because we have to activate the management ACLs and when activated we noticed that some switch functions started to fail and the cause of this could be due to the memory process.
