Error at conected the monitor portable c1422h in the notebook

When i connect my dell c1422h using the usb-c to usb-c cable does not work in my Acer nitro 5 Razer 7.

Also in the screem of the monitor show "not type c 1 signal from your device"

Someone can help me?
