Dell Latitude 5290 - Pen stopped to work

I have a dell Latitude 5290 and have been using the pen for a long time but it stopped to work. It is not the pen as I tested the pen on another computer and works perfectly.  When running troubleshoot it says my computer has no bluetooth, how come the pen was working before? anyone got same problem? Dell support is not solving the problem.
