Dell E6430 windows 10 boot fail

Hi

After install Windows 10 pro 64 bit in my E6430 a strange thing occur always. Whe I start windows the system hangs after showing Windows logo. After Shutdown with power bottom and turn on again it start without problem. Is strange and annoying!
Someone can help me?
