BAD SUPPORT IN BRAZIL

Expect DELL BRAZIL ProSupport and Premium Support

 

I'm from Brazil and I'm having a lot of problems with Dell support here. 

 

My Latitude 7320 laptop is with a manufacturing defect and Dell Brasil does not want to exchange it,

 

O laptop is heating up a lot, on the left side at the power supply connection, there is a loss of current, poor contact, as this generates excessive heating

 

LOSS OF CURRENT AND EXAGGERATED HEATING CAN GENERATE FIRE !!!!!!!!!!

 

One of the reasons the analysis software didn't detect any irregularities was that the system as a whole "works reasonably well", despite detecting overheating and RAM always above 90% all the time.

 

Obs: 

I have to be empty, all the time, because the system hangs with it at 95%.

 

This afternoon, I tested the system with only two pages open, the laptop was overheating and RAM was always above 90%, reaching 100% at certain times and, at 95%, getting to freeze everything, something that happened less frequently.

 

Manufacturing problems (Fairing and motherboard do not match )

 

  • Connecting the power cord to the laptop ( 3mm for outside) is totally irregular, does not fit and generates overheating,
  • LOSS OF CURRENT AND EXAGGERATED HEATING CAN GENERATE FIRE!!!!!!!!!!
  • The HDMI cable connection also does not fit correctly, causing flickering when connecting to the external DELL monitor,
  • The single USB is also misaligned, just like the other two cables, sometimes causing intermittence, even the DELL mouse has been replaced.
  • Photos and videos already sent to DELL Brazil support.

 

 

  • DELL support managers have said they will not replace the Latitude.

 

There is no alternative but to exchange the laptop for another.

 

As I said, the motherboard is not properly seated in the base, as there is a manufacturing defect in the assembly, both sides with the same type of problem.

I hope that this situation is resolved URGENTLY, as it has caused a lot of inconvenience and irreparable losses to me (since when I bought it I informed that I work with stock exchange charts)  and,

 may also cause material losses.

I expect a brief and quick return, with the immediate replacement of the laptop.

 

I PURCHASED "DELL" FOR ONE SIMPLE REASON...... QUALITY AND SERVICE, IN THE PAST EXCELLENT....... THIS IS MY THIRD PERSONAL DELL LAPTOP.

 

Today I got a "maybe" the replacement part will arrive on 06/15/23 at DELL, which, due to my little knowledge, will not solve the problem.

 

Therefore, almost 1 month without a product with, in the past, DELL Quality.

 

Generating, once again, damage and irreparable inconvenience!!!!!!!

 

Thank you very much for Fernanda's service and some technicians who were very helpful, but without decision-making power.

 

I hope that DELL USA will help me to resolve the situation,
