Less than 2 months of use
Hello everyone,
I bought my Dell G15 through the Dell sales phone line, and this has been a very frustrating experience.
The laptop is extremely heavy for daily use.
Gaming performance was below my expectations.
Battery drains very quickly, making it impractical without being plugged in.
I contacted Dell support to request an exchange for a lighter model, but they refused to help me. This is unacceptable given how recently I purchased it and the fact that I made the purchase directly through Dell’s own sales channel.
I am demanding that Dell take responsibility and allow me to exchange this unit for a more suitable, lightweight laptop.
Has anyone else here faced the same problem and successfully pushed Dell to honor an exchange? I’m looking for real solutions from people who dealt with the same situation.
