Latitude 5450 does not display video signal with a external monitor over usb-c
Dell 5450 stag 3C1G1B4
Tried to connect it to the Arzopa portable monitor using a USB-C cable. I noticed that it detected the connection in that the monitor display turned on briefly but then the 'No Signal' and 'Power Saving' messages appeared before the monitor went blank. As a test, I connected a A/C power source to the monitor and left the connection from the laptop to the monitor intact and then it worked as expected. Are there any settings I can try changing?
Seems to be an general problem with Dell Latitude 3x50 and 5x50 series (I was unable to test it with a Latitude 7x50):
Latitude 5450 same behavior
Latitude 3450 same behavior
Latitude 3550 same behavior
The same Arzopa S1 table (15.6) monitor and (same) usb-c cable, works perfectly with these laptops:
Latitude 7400 OK
Latitude 3440 OK
Latitude 5430 OK
Thinkpad Lenovo L390 OK
Reviewed all BIOS setting (basically the smae with Dell 3440), did not find any clue.

@VitorLorenzetti Exatamente a mesma mesg "Último dispositivo USB conectado..."
O suporte da Arzopa também não ajudou, disseram para seguir usando fonte de energia externa.
