DELL G3 3500 DESLIGANDO

When ac adapter plugged in and playing a game, the system shuts down within 15 minutes. The game can be played when not connected to ac adapter, but with reduced FPS. 

Please run Reliability Monitor which provides a timeline of events. Expand the day timeline to see the critical event time that coincides with the system shutdown. As it is possible for user to replicate and trigger system shutdown, it should be possible to isolate which critical event is responsible. 

Please open this critical event complete with its Microsoft code, Snip and share image to that forum users can see what you see. Thank you.

Hi @Ary Filadelfo  your Dell G3 15 3500 is still within its 30 day approval. Please contact Dell Support, Reject and request new system of full refund. This is the Dell process Here, and should be undertaken without further delay.
