Compra de notebook

Fiz a compra de um notebook, na hora do pagamento deu um erro de autorização no meu cartão, então recebi um e-mail avisando, logo apos fiz a atualização dos dados e foi debitado o valor no meu cartão, porém não encontro meu pedido em nenhum lugar no site da Dell.
