Refund Request - Microsoft 365 Family Auto-Renewal

Dear Sir/Madam,  

I am writing to address a recent charge on my credit card related to the Microsoft 365 Family subscription. I would like to inform you that I did not authorize this auto-renewal and was unaware that it was active. Additionally, I already have an active subscription to Microsoft 365 on my new computer, which makes it unnecessary to maintain two subscriptions for the same service.  

Here are the details of the charge:  
- Product: Microsoft 365 Family 32-bit x64 - Annual Subscription with Auto-Renewal  
- Amount charged: [Insert exact amount]  
- Charge date: [Insert date]  

I kindly request that you review this case and process a refund for this charge. I would also like to request that the auto-renewal for this subscription be deactivated to avoid future charges.
