Today I received a call from a certain Marcelo representing a collection agency called protea regarding a notebook that I purchased in 02/2024 for approximately $6100.00, which I paid for with my credit card. He claimed that I received the product and did not pay for it, even asking me to check my invoices.
I found this to be. I think the company would not release a product without first confirming payment, as I did in full.
I bought my third device from Dell, trusting the brand and procedures. Today, with the world of virtual we live in, it is unacceptable to receive charges from third parties on Dell's behalf, which even had my personal data.
I am disappointed with Dell and I would like to point out that if this situation is not resolved between you, I will file a for moral damages.
