My Korean/English key does not work properly - Inspiron 15 7567
Both my Win+Space key for switching between languages and the physical key for switching languages does not work properly. When I press the button or press Win+Space, it doesn't switch languages, it just un-presses(?) the text field that I'm trying to write on. Even at this time of writing, the bottom of my screen indicates that I'm writing in Korean Microsoft virtual keyboard, but when I actually type, I get English. I really need help on this, because it is extremely annoying and I can't write any Korean.

Good day! MansoonMun.
This is Dell Korea Social Media Support Team.
I'm sorry to inconvenience you.
First, Could you please offer service tag and email address to us?
If you can't change your typing languae and can't type Korean, you can try the following a method.
Control Panel-> Clock, Language, and Region->Language->Add a language: 한국어
If already added the Korean-> Click "option" next to "한국어"->Then check input method->if not Microsoft IME, please add an input method.
Back to "Control Panel-> Clock, Language, and Region->Language"-> Find "Advanced settings" in the top of left corner-> Override for defalut input method-> choose Korean-Microsoft IME.-> Click "Save" , then reboot your PC.
I'll be looking forward to your reply.
Thank you!
