No response about International Ownership Transfer
Hi,
I would like to transfer the ownership for from China to Korea. So, i requested it on the DELL website early January but I cannot hear from DELL until now. Could you please let me know the status on this? I need it ASAP for Warranty service.

Hello, have you got an SR # from when you got in touch with the call/email support team?

Hello,
Unfortunately, I don`t have SR# at that time. So, I submitted 'Transfer Request' again and got the confirmation number. Could you please check my new Confirmation Number and transfer the ownership right away? I still don`t have any response on this.

Hello, here's what I'd suggest. It's odd you didn't hear anything after raising a ticket, but please get in touch with email/ phone tech support one more time and drop me your SR# one more time. (the confirmation # doesn't really help, I'm sorry) https://dell.to/3JNEhZS;
