Dell poweredge fan option [R740]

The processor overheats, and sometimes a warning pops up.

To solve this problem, I am trying to change the fan speed and fan settings.

How can I proceed with the setup to capture heat efficiently?

1. In Idrac, change the system thermal profile settings > Max.

2. offset, fan speed I don't know what price to give. Advise a variant of the optimal situation,

which can greatly reduce the temperature of the processor.
