5290 2in1 a black screen

I updated 5290 2in1 product a few days ago

I turned it on again after the update is complete, but the screen doesn't come out

The cooling fan and keyboard work well, but the screen doesn't show anything

Is this a Windows update issue or pc issue?

If it's a Windows problem, I think I've heard that it can be solved by connecting an external monitor, but I don't know if it's right

If it's a PC problem, I'd like to know where the problem is and if I can provide a repair service
