BIOS 1.6.0 업데이트 문의

 

어제 업데이트 알람이 떠서

SupportAssist 를 이용해서 

Dell Inspiron 7590/7591 and Vostro 7590 System BIOS

설치하르는데요 

설치 보류가되서 수동설치를 눌렀는데 2시간째 설치중으로 뜨고있습니다.

 

그래서 홈페이지에서 Inspiron_7590_7591_Vostro_7590_v1.6.0.exe 을 직접 받아서 설치했는데요

BIOS 1.6.0 버전은 잘 설치되었습니다.

근데 그후에도  SupportAssist 에서는 계속 업데이트 받으라고 화면이뜨는데

SupportAssist에서는 계속 설치가 안되고있습니다.

 

왜그런지 문의드립니다.

요약:

1. SupportAssist에 업데이트 설치 시도 -> 설치보류 -> 수동설치 -> 무한설치중 -> 종료

2. 홈페이지에서 Inspiron_7590_7591_Vostro_7590_v1.6.0.exe다운받아 직접설치 완료(적용완료)

3. 설치 완료후에도 SupportAssist에서는 업데이트 긴급 항목이 계속 있음 -> 설치시도 -> 보류중 -> 수정설치 -> 무한설치중
