최근에 윈도우 11로 업데이트 하였으며, 다른 프로그램이나 게임 등의 실행에 있어 아무런 문제가 없었습니다.

그러다가 Microsoft Flight Simulator: Premium Deluxe Game of the Year Edition을 설치하여 실행하였을 때 문제가 발생했습니다.

게임을 처음 실행했을 때 업데이트를 시도했는데, 다운로드 중 약 10%에 못미치는 지점에서 kernel mode heap corruption error 오류가 뜨며 중지되었습니다.

Microsoft측에 문의해 보았고, 덤프파일 확인 결과 메모리(RAM) 손상으로 보이고 특정 드라이브가 나열되지 않는다는 답을 받아 새로 드라이버를 설치하거나 BIOS를 업데이트하라는 답을 받았습니다.

그래서 Support Assist와 업데이터를 사용해 업데이트를 확인하고 손상이 있는지 검사했지만 아무런 소득이 없는 상황입니다.

I recently updated to Windows 11, and there was no problem in running other programs or games.

Then, when I installed and launched Microsoft Flight Simulator: Premium Deluxe Game of the Year Edition, I ran into a problem.
When I first launched the game, I tried to update it, but it stopped with a kernel mode heap corruption error error at less than 10% of the download point.

No separate error code was displayed on the screen.

I contacted Microsoft, and as a result of checking the dump file, it appears to be memory (RAM) corruption and the specific drive is not listed, so I was told to install a fresh driver or update the BIOS.

So I used Support Assist and the updater to check for updates and inspect for damage, but to no avail.
