VNXe3100 컨트롤러 장애에 관해 여쭤봅니다

현재 VNXe3100 을 사용중인데

오른쪽 컨트롤러가 장애가 나서 새 컨트롤러로 교체를 했는데도 부팅이 되지 않고

해당 로그까지만 나온 상태로 멈췄습니다.

그런데 해당 컨트롤러를 반대쪽 컨트롤러 슬롯에 장착하면 정상부팅이 되었습니다.

그래서 컨트롤러는 정상으로 판단되는데 제가 체크해봐야 할 것들이 무엇이 있을까요?
