U2515H Monitor AS Request Method

Hello

You are using a Dell U2515H monitor.

One day, I turned on the PC, and there were lines on the panel, so I'm trying to request an AS, but I think it's been less than three years. 

I don't know if it's because I didn't buy it right after it was produced.



Please check how I should get an A/S!
