안녕하세요, Dell G3223Q 5~6개월째, 동봉된 DP 케이블로 잘 쓰던 사람입니다.

1. 윈도우 11 시스템 -> 디스플레이 설정의 HDR 기능으로 프로필도 만들어 잘 사용함
2. 가끔 HDR로 게임을 즐기다 게임을 끄면 바탕화면이 평소보다 어두워지는 것을 발견 (HDR이 안꺼지는 듯)
3. 이때 Dell Display Manager 프로그램으로 HDR을 꺼주는 형식으로 몇번 활용함
4. 어느 순간 데스크탑 디스플레이 설정에서 "HDR 지원하지 않음"이라고 뜸
5. 모니터 자체의 HDR 기능 (버튼에 달린거, 프로그램에 달린거 모두)을 키면, 잠깐 유지되다가 화면이 깜빡이면서 다시 꺼짐

이 상황입니다.. 모니터 공장 초기화 / 재연결 / 펌웨어 재설치 / 그래픽 드라이버 정도 시도해보았습니다.

Hi, I'm a Dell G3223Q user for 5-6 months now, using DP cable attached with the product.

1. created a profile with the HDR feature in Windows 11 System -> Display Settings and used it well.
2. sometimes while playing games in HDR, I noticed that when I turn off the game, the desktop is darker than usual (as if the HDR is not turned off).
3. I used the Dell Display Manager program to turn off HDR a few times.
4. At some point, the desktop display settings said "HDR not supported".
5. When I turn on the HDR feature on the monitor itself (either on the button or in the program), it stays on for a few moments, then turns off again with a flickering screen.

This is the situation... I've tried factory resetting/reconnecting the monitor, reinstalling the firmware, graphics drivers, using reset.all by CRU, reconnecting monitor after unplug 5 mins.
