Unity OEバージョン5.1.0には、「DTA183830」関連のドライブファームウェア不具合を事前にチェックするアップグレード前ヘルスチェック（PUHC）機能が含まれていますが、この機能は新OE ”5.1.2.0.5.007”にも継承されていますでしょうか（含まれておりますでしょうか）？。

Solve on-lineから作成したSoftware Upgrade Proceduresというドキュメントに以下記載があったので継承されていると判断できます。
When upgrading from Unity releases 5.1 and later, the Pre-upgrade Health Check will notify you prior to a software upgrade if newer drive firmware is available for your system.
