--copy-base-base-account-idはSmarSyncがどのDatasetをベースにするか、それはどこにあるのか、を指定するものと考えるとよさそうです。
そのためPullであろうとPushであろうと--copy-base-base-account-id で指定するのはどこにBaseのDatasetがあるか、すなわち
ローカルのアカウントを入れることになります。
