If only primary ports are selected, the checked device is visible only from primary ports. If only secondary ports are selected, the checked device is visible only from secondary ports. Secondary ports can be used if the primary ports become unavailable. The switchover to a secondary port is not an automatic operation. You must manually switch the DD VTL device to the secondary ports if the primary ports become unavailable.

ではあるのですが、先にお知らせしたKBにも以下の記述がある通り、負荷分散の視点では
案2（アクセスグループごとにイニシエータを分ける）ほうが推奨設定だとは思います。
（管理簡易化か、パフォーマンス重視か、のトレードオフではないでしょうか）

⇒Port設定においてAll にするということはデバイスがすべてのData Domainポートへのアクセスができるということになるので明示的なパスの管理（負荷分散などの面で）ができないということが一番だと思います。
またPort障害発生時にDataDomainからの切り替えが自動ではないので、その作業でもどの物理ポートが切り替えにふさわしいのか、という判断も含め、不明瞭になりがちで迅速に対応ができない可能性が高まります。

allに構成することでどのような点がアクセスグループの観点で利点になるのでしょうか？
また、どのような点が懸念になるのでしょうか。
⇒All にすることでどのポートも使用可能、という点では設定や管理が簡単になることが挙げられます。
懸念点は先にもお知らせしたように経路管理ができない、障害発生時の切り分け、（どのポートが発生場所なのかなど）復旧対応への確認事項の煩雑さ、などがあると思います。
