１）Poolを対象としてレプリケーションする場合、MTreeで問題ないでしょうか？
　　

→新しいDDOSであれば、VTL Poolといっても/data/col1配下のMtreeとして設定されますので
MTreeタイプでのレプリケーションで問題ありません。

２）上記の構成でPoolを対象として、MTreeタイプでレプリケーションを
　　実行すると、レプリケーションタイプがPoolになるのは仕様でしょうか？
→通常であれば先述の記述通り、Pool＝MtreeになるのでTypeはMtreeになるはずです。
しかしPoolがDirectory （Pool作成時にbackward-compatible poolを設定していた場合）にレプリケーションタイプがPool（Directory）になるのではないでしょうか。

３）Poolを利用したレプリケーションは廃止になった認識でいたのですが、
　　現在のバージョンでも利用可能なのでしょうか。

→Poolを利用したレプリケーションは最新DDOSでもサポートされていますが
Directory replicationはDDOS7.7.1.0以降でサポートされていません。

４）接続中のレプリケーションのレプリケーションタイプをCLIで出力することは可能でしょうか？
→直接的に確認するのであれば、GUIのReplication ＞SummaryのTypeで確認するのがベストだと思います。
コマンドreplication show config all　でTypeがMtreeであればSource・Destinationにそれぞれからmtree://始まる記述が出るはずなのでそこで判断できるかと思いますが、はっきりとTypeとしての出力はなさそうです。

ご回答ありがとうございます。

再度、社内環境にて確認しましたが、Pool作成時はご指摘のオプションはオフに
作成しております。

この状態で作成したPoolをレプリケーションペア作成時にタイプをMTreeで実行すると、
実行後のタイプはPoolとなります。仕様のような気がしますが、如何でしょうか。
