EVT-NETM-00009: Unable to communicate with configured DNS
此方の事象に関して以下のKBが公開されております。

DDOS7.13以前ではSEモードで該当DNSのレジストリを編集して
対応しておりましたが、DDOS7.13.1.20（LTS）ではSEモードの利用が不可となっていることを
DDVE、DD3300で確認しました。
上記該当のエラー表示を解消するため、DD上でDNSレジストリ編集を
sysadminで実行し、変更することは問題ございませんでしょうか？
此方の検証機での確認ではDNSレジストリの編集は可能でした。
手順
１）reg show config.net.dnsmon_enabled で値を確認（デフォルト：1）
２）reg set config.net.dnsmon_enabled = 0
３）filesys restart
４）reg show config.net.dnsmon_enabled で値を確認（変更後：0）

上記該当のエラー表示を解消するため、DD上でDNSレジストリ編集を
sysadminで実行し、変更することは問題ございませんでしょうか？
⇒KB内にも以下のコメントがある通り、Sysadminでレジストリが変えられそうであっても
SEコマンドでの実行が前提とされているので問題ないとは言えないと思います。
NOTE: SE commands have been deprecated in DDOS versions 7.7.5.25, 7.10.1.15, 7.13.0.15, 6.2.1.110 and above and are accessible only by Dell employees.
さらに同じKBにRB-7716さんの手順がありますが以下のようにSEモードになることが前提の記載内容です。
If you do not want to create an entry, then you can turn off DNS monitoring in DDOS, however doing so incurs downtime as it involves changing a setting and briefly restarting the DD FS process.
After planning for some downtime (which should not exceed 30 minutes in the normal case), log in to the DD through SSH and:
a) Change to SE Mode: Use "priv set se" and provide the DD serial number (which you can obtain through "system show serialno") when asked for the system password.
b) Run the following command from the CLI : reg set https://dell.to/41fXCd5.dnsmon_enabled = 0
