XE9780にiDRAC10ポートが2つあるのは両ポートでiDRACへのリモートアクセスを可能にするためになります。

 

後述資料にある情報からこのポートはあくまでiDRACへのリモートアクセスのみに使用され、異なるネットワークから同一のiDRACへのアクセスを可能にする、Single Point of Failureを防ぐ、帯域の確保、などの意図があると読めます。

また1ポートのみ使用で問題はありません。
