Won’t Boot After CPU Replacement on R14

When replacing the CPU in the R14 from a 5800 to either a 5900X or 5600X, the system fails to boot.

The orange light stays on, and the BIOS does not start.

What could be the cause of this issue?

When I switch back to the 5800, the system boots normally.

Also, both the 5900X and 5600X have been confirmed to work on an R10.
