PowerstoreのStoarge Directによるバックアップ取得構成について

構成にあたっていくつか確認させてください。

①PowerstoreとDDはiSCSI直接する予定ですが、問題ないでしょうか。
⇒問題ないです。

PowerStoreアプライアンスとPowerProtect DD(PPDD)アプライアンスの間で、管理接続とデータ転送接続を確立する必要があります。
接続はIPベースであるため、PowerStoreストレージ ポートはPPDDデータ転送ポートと同じ物理ネットワーク上にある必要があります。PowerStoreでは、PPDDとの間のデータ転送に「レプリケーション用にタグ付け」されたストレージ ポートが使用されます。

②Powerstoreと同じ容量のDataDomainを用意する必要がありますでしょうか、重複排除効く前提で、Datadomainの容量は少ないものを用意しても問題ないでしょうか。
⇒特に容量についての制限はないですが注意点としてDD側のStorageUnitへのHardQuota制限を使わないようにすることが推奨とあります。

If the backed-up volume size exceeds the Data Domain Storage Unit (SU) hard quota limit, backup may fail. It is recommended not to set SU quotas when using remote backup. See PowerProtect DD documentation for details.

③データ保持する期間はPowerstore側で5日と設定した場合、DD側でも5日なのか、DD側では違う保持設定可能なのでしょうか。

⇒同じになります。

④Storage direct で送ったデータは、ホスト側から直接アクセス可能という資料を見ましたが、これはReadWrite可能でしょうか。もしPowerstoreに有事が合った場合、HostからDatadomainに入っているデータを使用して、再構築は可能でしょうか。

⇒InstantAccessという機能で一時的にアクセスが可能（ReadWrite可能）になりますがセッション終了後に新しい情報はDeleteされます。
PowerStoreに有事があった場合の復旧であればRetrieve a remote snapshot to a different clusterがその手順となります。

The created resource is Read/Write. Data is written temporarily on the PowerProtect DD appliance while the remote snapshot remains unchanged. When the session is deleted, all writes are lost.

⑤リストア方法としては、スナップショットをDDからPowerstoreへ送ってローカルリストアする方法のみでしょうか。何か資料がありましたら、参考にさせてください。
