XPS 9315 Fan never stop running while connected to a WD19TBS docking station

Hi Dell Community,

I just acquired a new XPS 9315 laptop.
When connected to my docking station, a WD19TBS, the laptop fan never stops, run loudly and the laptop becomes warm aroung the thunderbolt plug.

It does not seem very normal to me and I fear there could be an issue with the laptop.

I updated all laptop drivers and bios with Dell update and I updated docking station firmware with the related tool (already up to date in fact) but it did not change anything.

What is your mind about it ?
