Hello, I purchased an XPS 15 9510 on NOV 29. 2021, it never fell and I never bumped it.

There are vertical dark areas that flash on the screen and this makes it very difficult to use. These lines do not appear on an external display.

Customer service offered me to change the screen for 350 euros. 

I am very disappointed that this type of device does not last longer.

By the way, I also have a Dell USB-C Mobile Adapter - DA310, and as soon as I touch it to push it or plug something in, the screen disconnects, as if there was a false contact. 

I buy Dell because they have good repairability ratings, but the durability of the hardware and price of repair disappoint me.

Are there ways to repair the screen rather than replacing it? 

Before appearing constantly, these vertical bars only appeared when opening and closing the screen, due to the force exerted on the hinges, how to prevent this? This seems to be a product problem and I'm afraid that if I change the screen it will start again.

I do not know what to do.

Bonjour, j'ai acheté un XPS 15 9510 le 29 NOV. 2021, il n'est jamais tombé et je ne l'ai jamais cogné.

Il y a des aires sombres verticales qui clignotent sur l'écran et cela rend l'usage très difficile. Ces lignes n'apparaissent pas sur un écran externe.

Le service client me propose le changement de l'écran pour 350 euros. 

Je suis très déçu que ce genre d'appareil ne dure pas plus longtemps.

D'ailleurs, j'ai aussi un Adaptateur mobile Dell USB-C - DA310, et dès que je le touche pour le pousser ou brancher quelque chose, l'écran se déconnecte, comme s'il y avait un faux contact. 

J'achète Dell, car ils ont de bons indices de réparabilité, mais la durabilité du matériel et prix de la réparation me déçoivent.

Est-ce qu'il y a des moyens de réparer l'écran plutôt que de le changer ? 

Avant d'apparaître constamment, ces barres verticales apparaissaient seulement à l'ouverture et à la fermeture de l'écran, dû à la force exercée sur les charnières, comment prévenir ça ? Cela semble être un problème du produit et je crains qu'en changeant l'écran cela recommence.

Je ne sais pas quoi faire.
