Pas de stéréo
Hello
I just received my XPS 15 7590 and have made all the updates possible.
My problem is that the sound does not come out in stereo through the jack. Indeed, with headphones or speakers, I receive it in both sides, even if I decide to create a track with 100% of the sound on the right or on the left.
Impossible to work with sound therefore.
In addition, on an older model of XPS 15, having had the same problem, I added a plug that plugged into USBc with a jack input and a jack output. When I used this output I had stereo.
Except this time, even using this adapter, I don't have a stereo. The computer doesn't even recognize when I plug in a headset or speaker. Sound comes out of the headphones certainly, in mono of course, but the whole adapter is recognized as "speakers".
How can I do? To have a real stereo? It's been three years that I break my head on this and receiving this new model with the same problem, I start to give up. Returns to the repair service did not change that.
Thank you in advance.
Yes, the computer does not support Stereo conversion, and below the links related to the application and the Audio driver:
