Promess of delivery for the 10 March . On the 8 of march, no news, call Dell services,
Sorry, delai, part missing, will arrive for sure for 10 avril, excuse, excuse, blablabla. We offer 10% of. Delivery guaranty , costemer service ''guy'' promises to make a fallow up....but never did....
Still no update on ''orders delivery web site'' in the end of march, and beginning of April, call and call customer services, same bull....lie, lie, lie....
On the 04 of april update on web site my laptop not even in production, will be ''ship'' on 08 of may and theorically deliver on the 18 of may 2021
Nobody never ever call me to informs me about delai, problem, offering explanations or excuses, never offre compensations or other ''ready to ship, equivalent product.
Nothing at all, never been treating that bad. Anywhere.
So maybe i will receve it , Three month after purchasing it.
It is unacceptable.....
To be lie at ......unprofessionnel
I will buy elsewhere for now on.
Worst experience ever.
