No order confirmation
Hello community,
I made an order to buy a Dell PC. I've been contacted by an agent to make the payment.
I made a real-time transfer and I send the proof to the agent via email. It's been 10 days without any confirmation.
I tried to reach out to the customer service multiple times. After two days, I finally get them. When I asked for the status of my order, the customer service agent told me that someone is handling my order (the same agent who contacted me for the payment) and she will contact him. Well, it's been two days and no answer.
Here am I, starting a new thread in the community in order to push my order. It turns out to buy a Dell PC you need to wait for one month (at least) to get it. I am extremely disappointed in your customer service and it will be the last time I order a Dell product
