G3 15 3579 charging issue

Hello,

My G3 15 3579 have a problem with the charge. 

Everytime I connect it, it switch from charging to not charging every few seconds. The battery continue to get lower. 

When the laptop is turned off the charging light is off too, that means it's not charging (?)

I tried to change the AC but it's the same problem.

The bios is updated and windows don't find any problem.

Can you help me fix it?
