Forcing second monitor on integrated graphics

Hello,

I have a m15 r7 laptop with an RTX 3070ti, but when I plug in a second screen it auto switches the RTX 3070ti on this second screen and uses the integrated graphics of my I7 12700h for the main screen of the laptop.

But this is a problem since I am playing on the laptop screen and only using the second one to watch a stream or something.

Plus it means that I cant use the Nvidia control panel and adjust the vibrance in game since it modifies it on the second screen only.

How can I force the second screen on the integrated graphics and force my3070 on the laptop screen ?
