Inspiron one 2310 - Black screen

Inspiron one 2310 all-in-one 

The computer screen stays black.

When powering ON : the computer seems to start and i hear the os saying "lets enter your name and password". However the screen stays black :

- no dell logo at startup

- no visual possibility to enter into bios

- no light, even low : black....

This computer seems have no other graphical output so its hard to have a log saying something was wrong with software. I thing this is a hardware topic.

Any idea to diagnose ?

If graphic card is engaged, possibility to get one ?

I mean it could be hard to change the screen !
