W7 Embedded Issue wiht Windows Update

Good morning, 

I used Dell Optiplex XE2 with W7 Embedded SP1 x86 and since 3 month I have Issue with Windows Update.

Every time I installed KB4103718 (2018-05 Quality Rollup W7) and KB4033118 (2018-04 Quality Rollup W7) pc restart just before Windows authentification.

Windows Update report tells about that : 

•    Symptom : A stop error occurs on computers that don't support S Single Instructions Multiple Data (SIMD) Extensions 2 (SSE2).

•   Workaround : Microsoft is working on a resolution and will provide an update in an upcoming release.

have already had this kind of issue ?
