Optilex 3040 and 3050

Hello community iam a new member . 

I have a problem with 2 optilex 3040 and 3050 when i turned on one of them the ventirad start turn for 3 seconds and stop. I clear cmos with the jumper the computer start turning and making a code sonor 1.4.1 and other sounds i never hear in my life its like nokia 1100 sound i want to post a video and i think i can't in this site.

Before 3050 started i install windows and everything i used for 3 hours and opss crash and the same problem return, iam thinking the problem come from the motherboard.ram clean , cpu perfect, psu working well.

Anyone ger this problem. I need help thank you
