R740XD TPM 2.0 issue

Hi everyone,

i have 4 R740XD that were not equipped with TPM 2.0 originally and i thought that a TPM 2.0 "brand new" module from Ebay would make it, but obviously it doesn't.

I would like to buy the chip from Dell directly, but i don't see it in the available parts when browsing the server, moreover, for an odd reason, i can't find the server through it's Service code or Express tag. I was able to add the server in my account, under the "Device" section, i see it correctly recognized, but i have this strange notification on it :
