Hello
I bought an inspiron 15 7000 2 in 1 dll laptop. From the start I had unbearable regular boot problems, until it stopped working altogether.
On June 15 the customer service granted me the refund and since IT HAPPENED NOTHING HAPPENED.
This material is the worst I have ever seen but the handling by customer support is beyond belief. I work in IT and I will never be a Dell customer after that.
I'm thinking about what to do next because I don't want to stop there.
What I am suffering is an unfair scandal.
What is dell's goal?
I don't understand how this can be possible.

Hello,
I am sorry for what happened to you! Do you have any updates? Were you refunded at the end?
I also have a broken Dell laptop and I am totally suffering because of the bad customer service !!

Well I had to call dozens of people and write many mail to obtain a return shipping number whose collection from UPS was a nightmare again because of Dell. In the end I was refunded but everything possible was done to discourage me .
Stay away from this company with the worst customer service ever recorded.
