How to connect old DELL screen U2412M to new PC Inspiron 1555. no more VGA

Hello, How to connect my old DELL screen U2412M (2012) to my new PC DEL Inspiron 5515? With my old PC I used the VGA cable but now ther no VGA port on the PC. I tried the other cable with USB port connected at the right of the VGA port on the screen. But The screen is not recognised by the PC (in Windows 11).What can I do ? Maybe to buy a new cable with HDMI rules ? Can you help me Please
