Dell Vostro 5890 GPU Upgrade

Hi, I got a Dell Vostro 5890 and need to upgrade the GPU. 

If upgrade the GPU, then I will need to upgrade the PSU. 

There is a list of PSU and GPU I can use with the original case of my Vostro? I would like to use a GTX 3060 GPU, but, my PSU does not support that GPU, so I also need to upgrade it. Then, which one will fit on the original case of the Vostro 5890? And which one GPU will fit inside the original case as well?
