Request for Warranty Support – DPS Number Needed

I purchased a Dell 2-in-1 laptop three months ago in the US. From the beginning, it has had many problems. Now the device won’t even turn on. I am currently in Colombia, and the Dell service center in Bogotá confirmed that my warranty is valid and that they can repair it if Dell USA provides a DPS number. However, despite multiple conversations with your team, Dell USA has not given me the DPS number and no real solution has been offered.
