computrace

Hello!
I have a problem, without reading it well, I activated the computrace option while configuring the BIOS on my laptop and I was investigating how to deactivate it because it does not allow me to, I contacted the Absolute company via email, they helped me... but they told me that due to the manufacturer they could not help me, so I write to them directly if it is possible to deactivate it because it is a laptop given to me by my sister and I had some problem that I tried to solve and I would feel more comfortable with the computrace deactivated.
