End Of Life - Optiplex Series

Is there an official support page, for end of life on some devices like Optiplex 7000 5070 and some others optiplex?

We received an official letter from our providers that specifies that the 7000 and 5000 optiplex series are being discontinued from manufacturing, and we would like to verify this information.
