Dell Latitude 5440 Ubuntu Sleep Issue: Fan Stays On After Suspend

I hope you're all doing well. I'm encountering an issue with my Dell Latitude 5440 running Ubuntu 22.04.3 LTS. Whenever I put my laptop into sleep mode (suspend), the screen goes black as expected, but the fan continues to run, and the laptop doesn't fully enter sleep mode. This issue is draining my battery unnecessarily and causing some inconvenience.

I've tried updating the system, checking power settings, and even looking into graphics drivers, but I haven't been able to resolve this issue on my own.
