Hello
I'm sorry for the inconvenience.
I was researching to buy the battery.

I found that Part #:D668J, Part Desc.:ASSY,BTRY,PRI,MD32XXMD32XXX is only compatible with MD3200 storage.

Could you confirm that the battery model is correct?
Thank you

Hello the part description says MD32xx, meaning this is good for MD3200.

Thanks for your answer.
I am already calm that I am buying the correct battery.
These questions is because it is a productive equipment and I cannot turn it off to be able to check the part number of the battery.

Hi Charles,

It is currently not in production. It was 1 week power off, and disconnected from power.
I can try again.

Can I try swapping the raid controller USB flash?

Could you share the component diagram of the 09J1X0 raid controller, so I can identify the USB Flash?

Regards

Hello emi87,

That was off a long time but if you can try again it would be worth a try.

I don't have a diagram so I marked up an image that I have attached.

Also considering the extensive troubleshooting steps you have done you may need to replace the controller #9J1X0.

Hello emi87,

Have you had a chance to drain the power?

If not please try to get a maintenance window to do this:

Shut down, remove power, wait one minute, reconnect and power up

Hi Charles,

Thank you very much for your answer.

Do you think it is worth exchanging usb flash between controllers?

I don't know what the part is like. Would you have any photos to see how it is the same?

Can I try cleaning the contacts with isopropyl alcohol?

Regards

Hello emi87,

You can take a look. As far as I can tell the battery is the only internal serviceable part and the USB flash is soldered on.

I don't have internal pictures, so that is why I marked up that drawing I attached.

I have seen another case similar to this and it was a controller replacement.

Hi,

I did a power drain. After the drain, the storage stopped recognizing the controller.

Do you have any idea how I can fix it?

Do you want me to upload the logs?
