No me aparecen mís Notebooks en mí cuenta.

La compré en Amazon, y no me aparece en el detalle de compra el número de servicio tag

Please connect laptop to the internet and click on Product Support so that Model and Revision number can be identified. (For you own protection, do not share your private system Service Tag or Express Service Code in this public forum). This information should be on label, stuck onto external surface of the rear Base cover. 

You will need this information for Ownership transfer, because your Dell product was purchased from Amazon directly (Sold by Amazon). Ownership Transfer and Dell Product Registration Guides

La computadora me la robaron, por eso necesito ingresar en mí cuenta para ver el número de servicio, para hacer la denuncia.

 

Tanto la Dell inspiron y la Alienware 17r4 las registre, pero no aparecen en mí cuenta.

Hi @oakleytb thank you for sharing update. 

If your laptop ownership was registered with Dell, then your warranty is active. Please click on @DELL-Cares and request that they search Dell database to provide you with the 'missing' information. 

If tracking option in BIOS was enabled with password security, the current location of your laptops can be determined, and their function disabled. Were the drives encrypted to protect your personal information, such as bank accounts, etc.

En mí cuenta de Microsoft no se encuentra información, en Amazon tampoco me dieron el número de tag, con Dell no me puedo comunicar. 

Soy de Argentina
