Command Center Overclock Error

Hi, I've been having an issue with my Alienware m15 R2 laptop, specifically with the overclocking feature. When using the Alienware Command Center, the overclocking function doesn't actually apply. I can adjust the GPU values when configuring the profile, and those changes only seem to take effect during the performance test. However, when I try to apply the overclock profile, it simply doesn’t work.

Additionally, I get messages saying that overclocking is not available for the CPU or memory. I’ve already tried disabling core isolation, virtualization, and Hyper-V, but nothing seems to work.

How can I enable all the overclocking options and get the profile to apply correctly?
